We are here to see if I can't tie everything together for you by ascribing a motive to the Bellevue Police Department's actions regarding the Westmark's vehicle emissions test. Alright, not the whole department, but certainly some portions thereof and, most certainly, the leadership.
The clue you need is found in the phrase "treat violence as a health issue." Have you heard it?
Think about it. It is the bond that "married-up" our corrupt and criminal criminal-justice injustice system with the "medical mafia." That's right, these doctors are hoods, scumbags. No, not every doctor, but too many. And, their leadership. That's right. "They" have left tracks. Look around you.
Using knowledge of chemistry, the "medical mafia" knew what result would occur when Mom and Pop sealed up their homes. "They" knew what would happen when the schools were sealed. "They" knew what would happen when our offices were sealed. "They" knew what would happen when emissions were changed. "They" were ready with their new asthma clinics, their new sleep disorder clinics, their new stress/anxiety clinics, etc. Most insidiously, "they" were ready with all the new counsellors for A.D.D. and grief. Scum just waiting for this to happen or actively pursuing it?
Actively pursuing it. Actively pushing it. And, not only pushing "it," but also pushing ritalin and prozac too. Pushing it on gradeschool kids. Pushing it on preschoolers! Medical Mafia Scum! (My apologies to the Mafia for using the word "Mafia" here. The real Mafia were never this depraved).
I contacted some Lung Associations, (AMA controlled Lung Associations), and, not only would they deny CO2 as factor, "they" were forceful and unceasing in spreading the propaganda that it was always something else (ie., the usual suspects, their red-herrings, their boogie-men like carbon monoxide, dust mites, formaldehyde, radon, volatile organics, etc. which seldom were the real problem). The Lung Association of Oregon would not discuss Joe Weller's report. I believe they forced him out because of it.About 1992 (I am going to have to make a trip to the archives for the exact date), I attended a conference held at Children's Hospital in Seattle, Washington. This conference was, I believe, part of a State Senate Committee "Investigation" into violence. It was to line up the medical mafia with the lawyer lawmakers who were pushing "treat violence as a health issue."
The head "perpetrator" at this conference was State Senator Phil Talmadge, scumbag extraordinaire and now Washington State Supreme Court Justice! God help us.
I was wearing one of my specially made shirts pointing out the relationship between CO2 and violence, and Talmadge tried to get security to have me removed. God bless them, they wouldnt't!
I am not saying the "Unholy Alliance" was born at this meeting. It was just promotion. It was a media event. "This is where we are going, and this is the funding and support you can expect if you play along." The plot was hatched before. The Centers for Disease Control was a key player. The CDC has pushed "treat violence as a health issue" for a long time.
Think about the "hay-day" the counsellors and "intervention" specialists were having. Look and see all the government money, at all levels, pouring into this endeavor. What was it doing besides making kids sick and turning parents against each other? Well, it was filling the pockets of the "medical" and "legal" scumbags and building a police empire.
How much money was dumped into police programs to deal with all the newly discovered problems? Take a look. While many of us are shuddering in fear, police departments are, in fact, swollen bureaucracies where the officers are tripping over each other.
"They" have used the chaos and mayhem created by CO2 as a pretext to buy jobs for people who should not be police officers (This demeans the good and decent officers. See "When I Was a Kid, the Cops Were Giants"). "They" have bought jobs for those who shouldn't be in the prosecutor's office and on down the line. Could it be that, in many of our communities, the county court house and all its functions is the largest employer with the largest payroll? (This is the real reason you should have voted for I-695 in Washington State - - - stop the funding of this crap). Sad. Very sad if "they" are creating problems, making people sick and crazy with CO2 to increase their workload and grow their empires.
Not very American. But, I have known for a long time that, although socialism has suffered set-backs in most of the world, it is very alive and healthy here in our backyard. Time to fix that. And, "they" know it. Why do you think "they" want more bullet proof plexiglass installed? "They" do, you know?
Let us return to the Westmarks for a moment. Were they the victims of this "plot?" Was their home a sealed one? Were their time and resources being given to a member of the "medical mafia?" Sure, they were seeing a counsellor. Coincidence? I don't think so. Did Mrs. Westmark, like so many females when the equilibrium balance between men and women changed with the growth of the "domestic violence" industry (a subset of the "treat violence as a health issue" industry), manage to force/cajole/entice Mr. Westmark into "the program?" Did she and "they" have him "cornered?" No way out? Add the hopelessness that CO2 induces.
Do we have any other evidence that Mrs. Westmark was a victim of the socialist lies so many females believe? The lies that were likely, at the very least, to destroy her relationship with her husband? I cannot say for sure, but she did know one of the key words used these days by the scum who have replaced joy, play, mirth, and freedom with pathos, memorials, and candle-light vigils. That word is one of the most insipid and horrifying words in the language when used by them. Do you know what it is? I am tempted to have a link here that you must click on to see my answer, but I resist. The word is "closure." Have you heard "them" use it?
Recognize "them" for what "they" are. Recognize "them" by "their" jargon. Recognize and resist. Resist and replace. Replace "them."
"They" have over-stayed "their" welcome.
Is it clear now why a member of the "Unholy Alliance" could not allow anything negative about CO2 to come out? It is "their" instrument, and "they" have used it against us.

She was head of the Washington State Department of Ecology when more carbon dioxide, CO2, was forced on us."Christine" has another position of power, authority, and influence now. Would this permit her to affect decisions of the Bellevue Police Department? Would they protect her? It is a reach, I admit. No, I think that the socialist hag, Darden, was probably just on the same page in the communist manifesto. What about Ferguson? Just a weak person. Now, on the other hand . . . , maybe . . .
"Christine" has pushed treating violence as a health issue. Do you know what that means? Really, everything that it means? Do you know who "Christine" is? Tell her I'm on her trail, would you? I don't give up. Not until I have my "closure!" Actually, I'd settle for "opening." Yes, the opening of the trap door under her feet on the gallows. I've got it!
