Well, we could force them all to wear a smoking-gun armband or patch on their breast to warn others. Of course we'd have to threaten them with violence if they didn't. There's report of a saliva test that can identify boys with little (less than "normal?") fear. Someone has made the conclusion these boys are more prone to violence. When was violence made a crime, and when did we give the State a monopoly on its use?
